Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Under general direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development, direction and coordination of human resources activities within the company such as compensation, staffing, employee relations, employment regulatory compliance and employee policies. Will originate and lead HR practices & objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance environment. In addition, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organizations business goals, as well as the implementation of people related services and programs. Assists company managers in HR related issues.
Specific HR Manager duties are as follows:
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
BA Business Management with a minimum of five years Human Resource and Payroll processing experience or equivalent
CONTACTS
Heavy internal contacts with all levels of employees, as well as externally, i.e., applicants, vendors, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office conditions.
SUPERVISION
Plans, assigns and reviews work of subordinates, trains or directs their training in such areas as job duties, company policies and procedures, enforces all company rules and regulations, and recommends all personnel actions within the group.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
